    Pitt State Alum Cordell Tinch Qualifies for the 110 Meter Hurdles Finals at U.S. Olympic Trials

    EUGENE, OR — This evening Pitt State alum Cordell Tinch raced in the Men’s 110 Meter Hurdles and earned a spot in the finals!

    He finished second in his heat with World Champion Grant Holloway taking first.

    Tinch ran a qualifying time of 13.19. The finals for the hurdles will take place Friday at 9:50 p.m. on NBC.

    Out of all the participants, Tinch ran the 4th fastest time in the heats.

    If Tinch makes the top three in the finals, he will earn a spot on Team USA to go and compete in Paris.
