Puffin Circle and Cascade Circle residents in Fairfield were given the all-clear Monday evening after a natural gas leak prompted a shelter-in-place order earlier in the day. According to the Fairfield Police Department, the utility company, PG&E, successfully secured the leak. The announcement, which came around 9:20 p.m., followed a car accident that severely damaged a natural gas pipeline, as reported by ABC10.
