All baptisms performed by Father Andres Arango were declared void because he mistakenly used "We" instead of "I." Bishop Thomas Olmsted of the Diocese of Phoenix announced the decision. The investigation revealed that Father Arango consistently said, "We baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Spirit." Olmsted clarified that he was supposed to say "I baptize" and not "We baptize," reported CNN. The pastor apologized for using the 'wrong formula.'

The Bible talks about signs in the sky prior to Christ's return. Luke 21:25 states, “And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves...” In Genesis 1:14-18, And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night. And let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth.” And it was so. And God made the two great lights—the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night—and the stars. And God set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth, to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good. Luke 21:11 predicts, “There will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences. And there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.” God created our universe and uses the stars and planets for signs. For example, a star appeared in the night sky during the birth of Jesus. The Bible says the wise men followed the star to find Jesus in a manger with his mother Mary and Joseph. Luke 21:25-26 foretells, “And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves, people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken.” In the Old Testament, Joel 2:30 states, “And I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke.” In Matthew 24:6-13, Jesus stated, "You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved." As we approach the Second Coming of Christ, many signs will appear in the sky and on the earth. We are cautioned not to ignore these signs. We are to be watchful and vigilant, preparing for Jesus’ return. Many would agree that the signs of His eminent return are here and obvious. Barbara Hallick Yeomans made her remarks during public comment period of the City Council meeting. Are Jehovah's Witnesses Christians? I am going to get straight to the point. The ENTIRE belief of a true Christian is that Jesus Christ is God who came in the flesh.  The entire book of John speaks to Jesus being GOD.  John 1:1, “ And Jesus/The Word was with God and IS GOD, and Jesus/The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us.” In Colossians it states that all things were created by and for Jesus Christ and that He “Holds all things together.”  Genesis Chapter one even declared plurality to the Godhead when it says, “God said, Let US create them in OUR image and in OUR likeness.”  God (singular) said, Let US (plural). Jesus prayed to the Father how He “Longed to be BACK in His glory”…When Phillip said, “It will be good enough for us if you show us the Father.”  Jesus said, “Have I been with you so long Phillip and you do not know Me?” Psalm 22 it is Jesus Christ speaking details about His own crucifixion almost 1000 years before Christ was born on earth.  How is Christ telling details like are spoken here?  I will let you read Psalm 22 on your own. Now after stating the above facts, that Jesus Christ is God manifest in human flesh and some of the proof in scripture that Jesus said He is God, how is it even possible that Jehovah’s Witnesses claim that Jesus Christ is ArchAngel Michael?? How do they come to that grandiose conclusion?  The Bible clearly says that, “He lowered Himself EVEN lower than the Angels for a little while.”  That is saying He is higher than Angels and is not an Angel.  Jesus Christ is not a created being like Angels are.  He is the creator God as it is written. “All things invisible and visible, over the earth and under the earth….were created by Jesus Christ and for Jesus Christ and HE HOLDS ALL THINGS TOGETHER.” The Jehovah’s witness utilizes their “New World Translation” which radically opposes the truth in scripture.  The fact that they say Jesus is anyone other than He said He was disqualifies their entire religion.  There are other scary aspects to their heresies such as there is no hell and only 144,000 make it into heaven. We will discuss more of those in the next segment. Many religions claim Christ and claim "Christianity," but only those who are in the truth in scripture are headed to heaven. Only those "Born Again" will enter God's kingdom as it is written. Jesus said, "You must be born again to enter the Kingdom of Heaven." The correct translation is "born from above." It is a gift from God, not of ourselves and nothing we do to achieve it. Jesus Christ is not an Angel. That is heresy/a false Christ. Jesus Christ is God who came to earth as part of His creation.  The infinite one became finite. The omnipresent one became confined to a human body.  He set aside His glory and power totally relying on the other two in the Godhead while in the flesh.  That is how much God loves you.  He came Himself to die for His creation.
