Columbia Housing Authority plans upgrades, renovations at Bear Creek townhomes
Columbia Housing Authority is planning more renovations at its Bear Creek Family Townhomes thanks to an American Rescue Plan Act allocation from the Boone County Commission. CHA was awarded $835,000 toward the planned renovations to apartments, the community facility and to upgrade security cameras. The last time Bear Creek had renovations was in 2017, according to the CHA website.
