Manage chronic diseases

The program, “It’s All About You,” is a self-management program for chronic diseases.

People 18 years of age or older with chronic health conditions can register.

It aims to help them learn ways to manage their conditions and symptoms better.

Participants will receive a complimentary copy of the book, “Living a Healthier Life with Chronic Conditions.”

The virtual workshop is held once a week for six weeks and is free.

The workshop will be offered on:

Wednesdays beginning June 12, from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
