Women’s Volleyball Unveils 2024 Season Schedule
NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College women’s volleyball team officially released their schedule for the 2024 season Monday afternoon. The Knights start their season off at the Skidmore Classic in Oneonta, NY from August 30 th -31 st . The two-day tournament sees the Knights face Utica College first on August 30 th at 3:00 PM, followed by Western New England at 5:00 PM. Todd Helton inducted into Baseball Hall of Fame
Former Colorado first baseman Todd Helton was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday in Cooperstown, New York. Helton is the first former Vols’ player to be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The 2024 class included Jim Leyland, Joe Mauer and Adrian Beltre. Helton played baseball and football at the University of Tennessee before a career with the Rockies (1997-2013). He was the No. 8 overall selection by Colorado in the 1995 Major League Baseball draft. Helton’s career batting average was .316, while totaling 2,519 hits, 369 home runs, 1,406 RBIs and 1,401 runs....
