Developer Presents West Waterfront Housing Plan
Sturgeon Bay’s Plan Commission got its first look July 17 at a proposed four-story, 54-unit apartment building known as Sawyer Park Flats planned along the West Waterfront. Richard Robinson of the St. Louis-based First and Main Properties – who also developed the three-unit commercial building with a Starbucks at the southwest corner of state Highway 42/57 and Duluth Avenue – appeared before the commission for a conceptual review of the Planned Unit Development (PUD) he is requesting for the housing project.
