Allentown police officer suffers minor injury during arrest
ALLENTOWN, Pa. – An Allentown police officer suffered a minor injury during an arrest Wednesday. It happened around 5:50 p.m. when officers were on routine foot patrol in the area of North Boyer and Russell streets in the city. The officers observed two individuals — Jeniel Rivera Gotay, 23, of Bethlehem, and Pablo A. Garcia, 50, of Allentown — involved in suspected drug activity.

Stewartsville crash sends multiple victims to hospital
A two vehicle crash crash occurred on Route 24, near Wayward Hill Road in the Stewartsville area of Bedford County at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 30. The crash is under investigation by Virginia State Police. A 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 was traveling west on Route 24, when the vehicle lost control, crossed the median and struck a 2009 Subaru, head-on.
