CASPER, Wyo. — City of Casper officials announced a Casper Pipe Project mailer was sent to all Casper residents and businesses on Friday, according to a press release. Casper is working to find any existing lead water pipes located on residents’ properties and inform the residents how to alleviate the danger from them.
