    Fresno’s Pace Johnson plays 16 consecutive rounds of golf for a good cause

    FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Fresno native and Clovis West graduate Pace Johnson played 16 consecutive rounds of golf on Thursday at Sunnyside Country Club.

    Johnson decided to play all day at Sunnyside in an effort to raise money for CGF, College Golf Fellowship.

    The former Cal golfer was-10 after the first eight rounds. He finished his outing with a final score of -14 after playing a total of 283 holes. Johnson tallied 62 birdies and three eagles in Thursday’s outing.

    “I was trying to be creative and come up with a fun way to fundraise” said Johnson.
