    Fulton common pleas

    Adelina Rosalez, 23, Fayette, appeared for sentencing on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony. She was placed on community control for three years with conditions, including that she complete the Serenity Haven program.

    Dylan Hall, 28, Wauseon, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.

    Anthony James, 51, Fayette, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued with removal of GPS/TAD monitoring. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date. Three counts of felonious assault, each a first-degree felony; and menacing by stalking, a first-degree misdemeanor, will be dismissed at sentencing.

    Travis Schoenitz, 34, Delta, pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date. The charge was amended from felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

    Mitchell Molina, 37, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; strangulation, a fourth-degree felony; and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 23 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
