The Pride in the Plaza festival drew crowds to downtown Silver Spring on Sunday capping off Pride Month in Montgomery County. A 34-year-old Montgomery County man and as 31-year-old Prince George’s County man are both behind bars for their alleged roles in the break-in at a Chesapeake Beach pharmacy on June 26.
