In total, 51 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $320,489. The average price per square foot ended up at $201.

A tragic collision at the intersection of M-66 and B Drive South in Leroy Township, Calhoun County, resulted in one fatality and left another individual injured on Wednesday, as reported by multiple sources. The accident occurred around 1:40 p.m. and involved a Lincoln SUV and a transit van, according to WOODTV. Demolition started earlier this week on the university’s landmark Bernhard Center, 1903 W Michigan Ave. The building used to be the university’s student center until a new student center opened in August 2023 across the main plaza from the Bernhard Center.
