Jose Raul Caratini-Casiano was denied bail by MDJ Jody Eyer after being arraigned on charges of felony attempted homicide, felony aggravated assault with extreme indifference, felony riot with a weapon, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, and misdemeanor assault.
