    Crispy Pork Cubes

    Indulge in the delectable delight of crispy pork cubes, a dish that pairs perfectly with a variety of sides. These succulent, tender morsels are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 pounds of pork steaks, cut into cubes
    • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt
    • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons of canola oil for frying

    Instructions:

    Please note that while I used pork steak for this recipe, feel free to use any cut of pork that suits your preference.

    Begin by cutting the pork steaks into cube-shaped pieces and placing them in a container.

    Evenly sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, seasoning salt, and black pepper over the pork cubes. Allow the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for 35 minutes.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the canola oil. Once the oil is hot, place the seasoned pork cubes in the skillet.

    Cook the pork cubes for approximately 12 minutes, turning them occasionally. The meat is done when the juices run clear.

    Transfer the cooked pork cubes to a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.
