    Cheesey Burger and Potato Casserole Recipe

    Do you love cheeseburgers and fries? Well, this recipe is like having them both in one dish! It's a cheeseburger and fries combined in a delicious skillet casserole.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound of ground beef
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
    • 4 large russet potatoes, sliced into fries
    • Seasoning salt, to taste
    • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    In a skillet, add the ground beef and onion. Cook for about 12 minutes.

    Next, add the French fries.

    Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese. Add the seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.

    Bake in a 375-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the fries are done to your preference.

    Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
