    Egg scramble with chorizo

    Indulge in a delectable, two-ingredient breakfast with this flavorful chorizo and egg scramble recipe. This dish can be enjoyed by itself or as a delicious filling for soft-shell flour tortillas. The chorizo is already seasoned, so there's no need for more seasoning.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound of ground pork chorizo
    • 6 to 8 eggs

    Instructions:

    In a large skillet, cook the chorizo over medium-high heat for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

    After the chorizo has been cooked, take it out of the skillet with a slotted spoon and place it on a plate that has been lined with paper towels.

    Crack 6 to 8 eggs into the skillet with the pre-cooked chorizo. Using a spatula, scramble the eggs by stirring them. Allow the eggs to cook for a minute, stirring occasionally. Continue cooking the eggs for about 6 minutes, or until they are fully cooked.
