    Creamy Southern Coleslaw

Hey guys! So, when you have cabbage but no carrots, what do you do? You make some yummy homemade creamy southern coleslaw, of course! I'm here to share my awesome recipe with you all. And guess what? You don't need any fancy kitchen gadgets to make it. Just a sharp knife and the ingredients listed below!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 head of cabbage
    • 1/4 cup of granulated Splenda or sugar
    • 1 cup of real mayonnaise
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk
    • Seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

Core 1 head of cabbage by cutting it into quarters, using a sharp cabbage knife or a chef's knife, then cutting out the core and thinly slicing the cabbage.

In a mixing bowl, mix 1 cup of real mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of granulated Splenda or sugar, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk.

Mix the dressing with the shredded cabbage. Add some seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Transfer your slaw to the refrigerator. Refrigerate for about 4 to 6 hours, or overnight, before serving. Stir it once again before serving.

     Enjoy!

This coleslaw is the perfect side dish for any meal, and I guarantee your friends and family will love it. So, go ahead and give it a try!
