Elevate your pork chop game with my mouth-watering Grilled Mala Spiced Pork Chop recipe. These chops are bursting with flavor. The perfect balance of spices creates a touch of heat for an extra kick that takes these chops from ordinary to extraordinary. Say goodbye to boring pork chops and hello to a culinary masterpiece that will have your taste buds singing with delight.

    Ingredients:

    • 4 pork chops
    • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorns
    • 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
    • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
    • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
    • Season with seasoning salt and pepper to taste.

    Optional Ingredients:

    • A small pinch of cinnamon, star anise, black cardamom, and dried fennel

    Instructions:

Start by marinating the pork chops in soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, seasoning salt, and pepper. Add the optional ingredients, if desired. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, and brush the grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Place the marinated pork chops on the grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

Once the pork chops are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

    Enjoy!
