Van Trust breaking ground on Glendale industrial park

VanTrust Real Estate, the 2023 NAIOP National Developer of the Year, is beginning construction on Phase I of its VT 101 development, a multi-building, Class A industrial park in Glendale.

To kick off the construction process, VanTrust is hosting a groundbreaking event on the site the morning of May 29 on the southwest corner of 99th Avenue and North Ball Park Blvd. in Glendale. The event is not open to the public.

Scheduled attendees include Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers, Glendale City Council members and city of Glendale staff. There will also be executives from the project team, including VanTrust Real Estate, Layton Construction, Butler Design Group and Kimley-Horn; as well as the brokerage team from JLL.

This project just west of loop 101 and south of Maryland Avenue. It is in an industrial park and is the latest Class A industrial project in VanTrust’s portfolio. The site is in a high-profile development corridor for the city of Glendale.
