Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom has announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Surprise, Arizona, in the fall of 2025. The 26,000-square-foot store will be situated in Prasada North, a bustling shopping center featuring Target and Starbucks, conveniently located off Loop 303 and Waddell Road.

Gemma Lionello, President of Nordstrom Rack, expressed enthusiasm about joining the Surprise community, stating, “We look forward to being a part of the Surprise community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices.” The new location will offer customers the ability to pick up online orders from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com and simplify returns.
