Fleming’s Steakhouse Opens New Florida Flagship Location Inspired by California's Napa Valley

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is set to open its new 13,000 sq-ft flagship restaurant in Tampa on September 9. Designed to blend California roots with the vibrant energy of Tampa’s coastal location, the restaurant aims to offer an immersive dining experience that engages all five senses.

Guests will be welcomed by a dramatic porte-cochere and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, showcasing a central 2,500-bottle glass wine vault. Inside, luxurious touches such as cork wallpaper, embroidered seating, and premium steak knives enhance the experience. The restaurant also features a signature scent, "Newport at Night," infusing the space with a blend of coastal and woody aromas.

Executive Chef Brandon Grady’s curated menus introduce new dishes, including A5 Japanese Wagyu, Gorgonzola Gnocchi, and local Gulf Grouper. The new Rooted Wine Bar offers wine pairings, customizable flights, and small plates like Caviar Service and Lobster Ravioli. Guests can also enjoy live music and a daily Social Hour from 3-6pm.
