Colorado River officials propose tracking conserved water
Water managers in the upper Colorado River basin took another step this week toward a more formal water conservation program that they say will benefit the Upper Basin states. Representatives from Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico unanimously passed a motion Wednesday at a meeting of the Upper Colorado River Commission to explore creating a way to track, measure and store conserved water in Lake Powell and other upper basin reservoirs.

'Potentially contaminated' marijuana recalled in Colorado, health advisory issued
COLORADO, USA — A Health and Safety Advisory was issued Friday for certain batches of marijuana sold at six dispensaries in Colorado. The advisory, issued by the Colorado Department of Revenue and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, says the batches that were tested had levels of yeast and mold that exceeded acceptable limits. Marijuana that exceeds established limits is considered "a threat to public health and safety," the advisory reads.
