OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Below is a list of sentences handed down in federal court Wednesday in the District of Nebraska, as provided by U.S. Attorney Susan T. Lehr’s office. Michael B. Emmanuel, 37, of Omaha, was sentenced to 41 months in prison for possession of stolen mail and unauthorized use of access devices, plus a mandatory consecutive two years for aggravated identity theft. Emmanuel will serve three years of supervised release and must pay $32,972.71 in restitution when his prison term is complete.
