Badgers to play season-opening exhibition at Omaha
The Wisconsin Badgers announced that they’ll be playing at Omaha in their first game of the 2024-25 season on October 5th. The game will be played as an exhibition game. The night comes with a nice touch for both sides, as Omaha will officially name their arena the Baxter Arena after their first head coach Mike Kemp, who was the head coach for the Mavericks during the 1996-97 season through 2009.
