LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A Beatrice man will serve over two decades in prison for killing a NDCS employee in a drunk driving crash. David Warren, 40, was sentenced to 21-23 years behind bars in district court Thursday for manslaughter, a class IIA felony, and DUI with cause of serious bodily injury, a class IIIA felony.
