The 26th annual Groesbeck Lions Club Car Show was a great success, sponsored by Mike Terry Auto Group and held at City Park in Groesbeck on Saturday, June 8.
Car enthusiasts and community supporters enjoyed a wide array of vehicles and a family-friendly atmosphere, featuring 34 different classes of competition. Participants had the chance to win in categories ranging from classic Corvettes to modified trucks. Special awards included the Lion George A. Humble Memorial Best of Show, Mayor’s Choice, and Kid’s Choice. The event was not only a fun-filled day for the community but also supported the Groesbeck Lions Club’s numerous community projects. The proceeds from the event will aid young students with vision problems, provide summer camp opportunities for children with diabetes or physical disabilities, award scholarships to high school seniors, and improve City Park facilities. The Lions Club also sponsors blood drives and various other local projects. Thank you to all the participants, sponsors, and supporters for making this event a great success!
