Sparta Board of Education Amends Attendance Policy
SPARTA, NJ – The board of education is moving to update the attendance policy to reflect recent changes in state statute. Policy 5200 “Attendance" is being amended to change the definition of an “excused absence.” The student must provide a “doctor’s note” or one from the dentist, proving there was an appointment for the absence to be excused. Veteran assistant named head coach of N.J. girls basketball powerhouse
The message from Rahim Huland El has been simple: Keep the train moving. For the last six years, Huland El has been an assistant coach for the Morris Catholic girls basketball program. He’s helped the Crusaders become one of the top girls basketball teams in the state and in the country in his role as an assistant.
