Jamey Noel in court as heirs to brother’s estate ask judge to reopen case
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The three heirs of Jamey Noel’s late brother William are trying to get money back after Indiana State Police said they were shorted. The heirs learned they were shorted at least $52,000 when ISP charged Noel with theft and released search warrants detailing how he sold their father’s home to his daughter, gifting her the $36,000 down payment. Now they’re trying to get the judge to reopen the estate, to possibly undo that sale.
