Greenwich Postpones Fireworks due to Potential Thunderstorms
The town of Greenwich has postponed Saturday’s scheduled fireworks because of potential thunderstorms. The new date is Sunday, July 7. A press release from the office of Fred Camillo said the decision was reached after his office held a joint meeting with the Dept of Parks & Recreation, Greenwich Police and Fire Departments and Emergency Management Director, Joe Laucella on Friday morning.
