Southern Miss football lands Bay Springs' Malaki Page in 2025 recruiting class

Southern Miss football landed a commitment from three-star running back/linebacker Malaki Page of Bay Springs Wednesday for the class of 2025.

Page announced his decision on social media. He also had offers from Ole Miss and Arkansas State, according to his 247Sports profile.

Page, 6-foot, 195 pounds, is expected to play linebacker at Southern Miss. Sebastopol running back Adarius McDougle pledged to the Golden Eagles on Thursday, though he has zero stars on 247Sports. Southern Miss is up nine commitments so far in the 2025 class, eight of which are from Mississippi.

Page is a three-star, according to 247Sports . He is not listed in the composite rankings. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 112 running back and No. 29 player in Mississippi.

Southern Miss football is 146th in the 247Sports recruiting rankings after Page's commitment. The Golden Eagles are also 13th out of 14 in the Sun Belt Conference.
