Austin's home prices dropped significantly in June compared to the rest of the U.S., study shows
AUSTIN, Texas — If you're looking to purchase a home in a large U.S. city, Austin's prices might be getting slightly more affordable. According to the Redfin Home Price Index (RHPI), the Texas capital's home prices lowered by approximately 1.6% in June on a month-to-month basis and 2.39% annually.
