La Terraza Mexican Grill & Seafood held its official grand opening at 2825 6th St SW back on June 14th, just about a week after welcoming customers for the first time. The new restaurant has replaced District 23, which just opened its doors in July of 2023. It closed its doors less than six months later, on Christmas Eve.
