Stony Point Man Facing Charges In Three Counties
The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year old David Earl Welch of Stony Point on June 25th and charged him with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance. Struggling Salt Life, Soffe parent could cut 224 NC jobs
The struggling apparel company behind the Salt Life beachwear and Soffe activewear brands plans to eliminate 224 jobs in North Carolina if efforts to sell itself fall through. In notices filed with the state Department of Commerce, Delta Apparel Inc. said it’s trying to sell the company.
