Man jumps to his death from St. Cloud bridge
(St. Cloud MN-) The Stearns County Sheriff's Department is investigating the death of a man who jumped off The Veteran's Bridge over the Mississippi River in St. Cloud. At noon last Friday the St. Cloud Police Department, St. Cloud Fire Department, and Stearns County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of the Veterans Bridge over the Mississippi River after receiving information an individual jumped off the bridge into the river. A St. Cloud Police Officer arrived and confirmed someone was floating south on the surface of the water before losing sight of the person. The Stearns County Sonar Team responded to the area to conduct a water search and they were able to spot a possible body around 3:22 p.m. The Stearns/Benton Dive Team located a deceased male in the river in approximately 14 feet of water. The male was later identified by the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office as 56-year-old Douglas Ingram of Faribault.

Man Witnessed Cutting Copper Pipes and Wiring in St. Cloud
The St. Cloud Police Department are reporting a burglary on the 400 block of 1st Avenue South. Alicia Mages from Tri-County Crime Stoppers says a witness interrupted a bearded white male inside a vacant building cutting copper pipes and wiring. She says the suspect fled the scene before police arrived. The suspect was further described as wearing a blue shirt with dark colored shorts and left the area in a maroon car.

(KNSI) – A man seriously injured after a truck reported stolen from St. Cloud caused a multiple-car crash in Becker has died. Investigators say on July 6th, around 3:15 Saturday afternoon, a Sherburne County Sheriff’s Deputy was trying to stop the driver of a Dodge Ram when the suspect crashed into two vehicles at the intersection of Highway 10 and Liberty Lane. The suspect then drove off the road to the right and hit a Subaru Outback that was in a gas station parking lot.

--The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reported Friday night just after 7pm, a report of a motorcycle accident near the intersection of Great River Road and 130th Avenue, approximately three miles south of Little Falls in Swan River Township. According to the Sheriff’s Office, a motorcycle driven by 34-year-old Wade Garland of Little Falls was traveling north on Great River Road. Garland was approaching 130th Avenue and lost control of the motorcycle in the curve, went off the roadway and was ejected from the motorcycle. Garland was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital by Mayo Clinic Ambulance with unknown injuries. Garland was wearing a helmet.
