Search warrants executed at properties belonging to Dale Warner, authorities confirm
LENAWEE COUNTY, Mich. — Michigan authorities executed additional search warrants Friday at two properties belonging to a Lenawee County man accused of murdering his wife. Two properties owned by Dale Warner, whose wife Dee Warner disappeared in April 2021, were part of the search. Authorities at the scene confirmed the search was connected to Dale Warner. Pharmacist blamed for deaths in US meningitis outbreak will plead no contest in Michigan case
DETROIT (AP) — A Massachusetts pharmacist charged with murder in the deaths of 11 Michigan residents from a 2012 U.S. meningitis outbreak has agreed to plead no contest to involuntary manslaughter, according to an email sent to families and obtained Friday by The Associated Press. The deal with Glenn Chin calls for a 7 1/2-year prison sentence, with credit for his current longer sentence for federal crimes, Johanna Delp of the state attorney general’s office said in the email. She said Chin will appear in Livingston County court next Thursday. A trial planned for November will be scratched. Michigan is the only state to charge Chin and Barry Cadden, an executive at the New England Compounding Center in Framingham, Massachusetts, for deaths related to the outbreak.

Man who pleaded guilty in Matthew Perry’s death has ties to Michigan
LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - A man with Michigan roots admitted to giving actor Matthew Perry the overdose of ketamine that killed him. Kenneth Iwamasa, 59, was Perry’s live-in personal assistant. He pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Ketamine Causing Death. His LinkedIn profile shows he went to Lansing Community College in the 80s and graduated from high school in Midland. He’s one of five people charged in Perry’s death—two are doctors.
