Food2Go: Kula Lodge and Restaurant

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Junior Ulep, Executive Sous Chef, and Raul Bermudez, Executive Chef, of Kula Lodge Restaurant and Bar in Maui joined KHON2 to share all the details.

Junior and Raul shared, “We just finished changing the breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner menus. We are doing farm-to-table and continuing to support our farmers here in Kula as well as the entire Maui community. We have Kula Strawberries, Lavender Maui honey Vinaigrette, Maui Onion Soup, Haleakala Beef Tenderloin, Maui Nui Venison and much more on the menu. We are also supporting our vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free guests that may want to eat our cuisine. Our style of cuisine is rustic upcountry food utilizing local and sustainable products on Maui. Guests can also stay at Kula Lodge for an early trip to see the sunset on Haleakala and enjoy the country. “
