Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Siam Terrace, a spot that's been on my radar thanks to its intriguing menu. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, but I was particularly drawn to try the Pad woon sen, Pad see you, and the Red curry fried rice. You can choose your spiciness level, and for the brave, there's a secret level 5! I opted for shrimp over chicken in my dishes, and it was definitely the right choice as the shrimp was fresh and perfectly cooked. The summer roll was a delightful start, with a sauce that was a burst of flavor, setting a high bar for the rest of the meal. The Lava Chicken was another standout, perfectly crunchy and ideal for sharing. While the decor and seating arrangement had its quirks, with a bit of a draft by the door, the overall atmosphere was simple yet welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, enhancing the dining experience with their attentiveness and recommendations. Although some dishes leaned towards the sweeter side, the flavors were generally well-balanced and satisfying.
