Dining at KIMCHI Korean Restaurant: Hits and Misses

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at KIMCHI Korean Restaurant, a spot that's been on my radar thanks to numerous positive reviews. The place was bustling when I visited, yet the service didn't skip a beat. They were quick to serve and even helped package our leftovers, which was a nice touch. The seafood pancake was a standout for me, truly delicious and something I'd come back for. The beef stone pot bibimbap also impressed with its tender beef and flavorful sauce. However, not everything was perfect. I tried the seafood noodles, which were unfortunately undercooked. Also, a friend experienced some discomfort after eating the spicy hotpot and mentioned the water had a bleach-like smell, which was concerning. Despite these issues, the overall vibe of the restaurant was welcoming and lively, making it a place many were happy to be in. If you're planning a visit, try to snag a spot for their lunch special, just make sure to get there early!
