Indiana Fever fans have been closely watching the 2024 Paris Olympics. Following Team Germany's, 75-64, victory over Japan in the Group C division, Caitlin Clark enthusiasts deemed Dallas Wings forward Satou Sabally the perfect teammate for the rookie.

Sabally finished the win over Japan by scoring a tournament-high 33 points, shooting 3-6 from three and 11-17 from the field.

WNBA fans think Sabally would fit well with the Fever and are attempting to lure her into potentially signing with Indiana to compete for WNBA championships.

"Welcome to the Indiana Fever Satou, we have a chip to win," said one fan.

"I just know she's is the missing piece in Indiana Fever!! Just fits perfectly. Caitlin Clark x Satou Sabally would be an insane combo - with Aliyah Boston in the paint. + She loves CC already. Satou Sabally come to Fever let's fight for championships," explained another fan.

"Satou if you are reading this, we want you in the indiana fever," commented another.

Sabally is in the final year of her contract, earning an annual salary of $195,000. She will be an unrestricted free agent in 2025.

She has yet to play in the 2024 season since the WNBA veteran suffered a shoulder injury last offseason and corrected the issue by surgical means in 2024.

The Oregon alum will have plenty of options in free agency, however. She posted quality numbers in 2023 and has a chance to boost her stock in the second half of the 2024 WNA season.

Sabally averaged 18.6 points and 8.1 rebounds per game during the 2023 season.

While there aren't any clear connections between Sabally and the Fever, she would be able to bring some incredible production alongside a young core with Clark and Aliyah Boston.

Sabally has proven to be one of the best scorers in the league, so she would be able to take some of the offensive responsibility off both player's shoulders.
