Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston were going head-to-head during the Indiana Fever’s Tuesday practice, but the two weren’t on the basketball court.

Fever head coach Christie Sides has been holding a few playful games before the team gets on the hardwood to run drills and scrimmages.

Sides and the Fever held a home run derby on Tuesday, and Clark mentioned in the post-practice press conference that she took home the victory.

After defeating some of her teammates, Clark went to Boston to taunt the talented forward, throwing up the hand gesture with the "L" to the former South Carolina Gamecocks star.

WNBA fans seemed to love the interaction between the two, pointing out the happiness that these team-bonding events have been able to attract.

"Haha CC is always having fun and I love seeing it," said one fan.

"They seem to be getting along," said another fan.

"Her having so much fun naturally, makes things she does fun to watch. This makes things she is involved in a priority for me, and my son to watch. Her positivity is contagious," commented another.

Aside from the games off the floor, Sides and company are preparing for their final playoff push. They currently stand as the No. 7 seed in the WNBA rankings with an 11-15 record.

Caitlin Clark averaged 17.1 points and 8.2 assists per game during the first half of the WNBA season, while Boston posted 14.2 points and 8.7 rebounds per game.

Both players have been the anchor for the Fever all year. Their most recent game was at WNBA All-Star weekend, where the 22-year-olds helped lead Team WNBA to a 117-109 victory over the Team USA women's basketball team.

Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston will be sharing the floor on August 16 as Indiana makes their return to the season, with Clark and Boston leading the way.
