Two of the most electric athletes in all of the NFL, Colts stars Jonathan Taylor and Anthony Richardson unfortunately didn't see the field much together in 2023.

Richardson, the No. 4 overall pick of the 2023 NFL Draft, suffered a season-ending shoulder injury in Week 5 - the same week that Taylor made his season debut after an ankle injury sidelined him early in the year.

With Taylor and Richardson each in better health heading into the 2024 NFL season, the Colts running back has a warning for the rest of the football world.

"Have you been in a backfield where you're like, man, the guy next to me might be as athletic as me, if not more?" The Athletic's James Boyd asked Taylor on Wednesday.

"Yeah, this is the first time," Taylor replied. "It's so exciting because there's a whole new element now. You’re not just worrying about what I’m doing.

"It’s like, you better worry about this guy because if not, he’s gonna kill you."

Taylor, the 2021 NFL rushing champ, and Richardson were on the field together for just two total plays last season.

Indianapolis ended the year at 9-8, narrowly missing the playoffs following a Week 18 loss to Houston.

Richardson, who recently arrived at Colts training camp without any throwing restrictions, is expected to be ready for Week 1.

The Colts will open the season on Sept. 8 against the Texans.
