OLEAN, N.Y. — The Erie County Sheriff's Office and Buffalo Police Department are looking for the community's help in locating 17-year-old Robert Kemp. Robert was reported to missing from Buffalo on July 22, and was last seen in the Olean-area. He was wearing blue checkered pants, and a black hooded sweatshirt.
