A new restaurant has opened in Niles, Ohio

NILES, OH - A new restaurant offering Mexican food has come to town.

Are you in the mood for Mexican cuisine? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out the new restaurant Fredibertos Mexican Food, which is located in Niles at 5191 Youngstown Warren Rd. According to the restaurant's social media account, Fredibertos opened for business at the end of last month.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast - which is served from 6 AM to 2 PM - the menu includes items like chorizo & eggs, chilaquiles, omelets, and breakfast burritos like a machaca burrito, which is stuffed with shredded beef, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and eggs.

For lunch and dinner, you can get burritos like a California burrito (which is stuffed with steak, pico de gallo, potatoes, and cheese) and a fish burrito, which has tartar sauce, pico de gallo, and cabbage. Also on the menu are quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos (which come with cilantro, onions, and your choice of one of the following proteins: carne asada, carnitas, ground beef, adobada, fish, or pollo asado), Super Fries (which come with cheese, sour cream, and your choice of meat), and Super Nachos, which come with beans, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and your choice of meat.

If you want something to drink, the restaurant serves soft drinks, Jarritos, and aguas frescas like watermelon, Jamaica, horchata, tamarindo, pineapple, and cantaloupe.

I LOVED the food, I’m from the West Coast and have missed good Mexican food so much. I’ve tried other local places and it just didn’t hit the spot. I got the super nachos with carne asada and let me tell you, it reminded me so much of my favorite place back home.
