MAPLE HEIGHTS, OH - A new breakfast joint has come to town.

Are you looking for a new breakfast place? If the answer is yes, you might want to check out the new restaurant The Breakfast Faktory, which is located in Maple Heights at 14517 Granger Rd. According to the restaurant's social media account, The Breakfast Faktory celebrated its grand opening on August 9 with a ribbon-cutting.

The menu includes breakfast items like buttermilk pancakes, brioche-style French toast, chicken & waffles (the restaurant's take on the dish includes 3 southern fried chicken wings and a Belgian waffle with warm maple syrup), hand-battered deep-fried fish with a Belgian waffle, steak & eggs, shrimp & grits (the shrimp can either be southern-style or Creole-style), biscuits & gravy, and avocado toast.

Also offered at the restaurant are breakfast bowls (the Breakfast Faktory offers bowls with bacon, sausage, short rib, or steak; the menu also has a vegetarian breakfast bowl option), omelets, eggs benedict, and breakfast burritos.

The restaurant is also open for lunch. For lunch, customers can get sandwiches like burgers (which can be made with beef, turkey, or black bean patties), Philly cheesesteaks (the restaurant also offers a chicken version), po'boys (which can come with fish or shrimp), fish sandwiches (which can come with whiting or catfish), Polish boys, BLTs, grilled chicken sandwiches, fried chicken sandwiches, and grilled chicken clubs. Furthermore, the restaurant offers some wraps, fish dinners, shrimp dinners, and wing dinners. If you're looking for lighter fare, the menu has some salads.

Here is what a customer had to say about the new addition to Maple Heights in a Google review:

Great experience. I do not even like pancakes but the pancakes here are amazing. Keep up the good work

    Another customer wrote:

The “veggie bowl” should be renamed, “hashbrowns” or potatoes because it’s just a big bowl of seasoned potatoes with eggs on top and tiny bits of peppers in it. I was expecting larger vegetables in the meal. The potatoes were tasty though and the service was great.

Vegetarian options: The veggie bowl, however tasty, has hardly any veggies in it and should be renamed as potatoes.

If you want to check out the new restaurant, you can find it at 14517 Granger Rd, Maple Heights, OH 44137.

The new restaurant is open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
