Casper Woman’s Winning Art Featured on Pint Glasses for Craft Beer Week
The Wyoming Weed and Pest Council (WWPC) recently teamed up with the Wyoming Craft Brewers Guild to sponsor this year’s inaugural Pint Glass Art Contest. Artists throughout the state submitted their artwork for a chance to be featured on limited edition pint glasses during Wyoming Craft Beer Week (June 8 – 15), along with a $500 cash prize.
Casper hires new custodial firm for $1M to clean city buildings for 5 years
CASPER, Wyo. — The City of Casper has hired a new custodial business to clean 13 buildings at six locations for the next five years at a cost of about $200,000 a year. Tuesday, the council approved the agreement with Clean Club 307 as a consent resolution item during its regular meeting at its temporary chambers at The Lyric, 230 W. Yellowstone Highway.

CODY, Wyo., July 2, 2024 — No barrel racer has made more runs in the arena at Stampede Park than Hadley Tate, who fulfilled a big goal on Tuesday night. Tate is the daughter of stock contractors Maury and Nikki Tate of Mo’ Betta Rodeo Company. They have supplied animals and produced the Cody Night Rodeo for the last 20 years. The Tate’s main residence is in Apache, Oklahoma, but they spend their summers in Cody.
