    Ingredients:

    2 small Chicken Breasts.

    1 can of Mushroom Soup.

    1 can water or milk.

    1 small jar of Marinated Artichokes.

    ½ cup Shredded Cheese (your choice).

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    1 tsp red pepper flakes.

    Italian breadcrumbs.

    1 egg

    ½ cup milk.

    ·         Pat the chicken breasts dry.

    ·         Beat the egg and milk in a bowl large enough to dip the chicken breasts.

    ·         Pour the breadcrumbs into a plate.

    ·         Dip the chicken breasts into the milk and egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs.

    ·         Heat a skillet with about one inch of oil. Or you can use an air fryer for this.

    ·         Fry the chicken breast until golden brown.

    ·         Mix the soup and water or milk until creamy, add salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes.

    ·         Stir in the artichokes with the marinade.

    ·         Pour the mixture into a baking dish. I use two individual small baking dishes.

    ·         Put the chicken breast on top of the soup mixture and cover with the cheese.

    ·         Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until the cheese and soup mixture is bubbly.

    When you take it out of the oven let it sit for about 15 minutes. Serve with a salad to make a delicious meal. Enjoy!!
