Lemon Coconut Pound Cake

· ½ cup butter softened

· 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar

· 3 large eggs

· 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

· ½ tsp. salt

· 1/8 tsp. baking soda

· ½ cup sour cream

· 2 tsp lemon zest

· 1/4 cup lemon juice

· 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes, divided.
