    Ingredients:

    · 1 Lemon and lime zested and juiced.

    · 1 can sweetened Condensed milk

    · 4 egg yolks

    · 1/3 cup each lemon and lime juice

    · Pinch of salt

    · 1 store bought graham cracker crust

    · Whipped topping for Garnish

    Directions:

    1. Zest the lemon and lime. Juice the lemon and lime I had to add some more juice to make 2/3 cup of juice.

    2. In a mixing bowl add the milk, egg yolks, juices and zest with a pinch of salt and beat together until mixed well.

    3. Pour into the graham cracker crust and bake in a 350* oven for 12-15 minutes. It is done when it still jiggles a little.

    4. Let cool and refrigerate.
