Representatives of Taylor Swift confirmed to Variety that the pop star donated $100,000 to a GoFundMe organized for the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan , who was fatally shot during the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl celebration parade.

Lopez-Galvan, 43, was a Kansas City-based DJ, hosting the "Taste of Tejano" block on KKFI-FM. The fundraiser set a goal of $75,000 to help provide for her husband and two children.

"She was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to so many," the fundraiser's mission statement reads. "We ask that you continue to keep her family in your prayers as we grieve the loss of her life. This fund will help provide vital financial support to her family as they process this unthinkable tragedy."

As of press time, the fundraiser has more than tripled its goal with over $257,000 from nearly 3,000 contributors.

Swift, who became a frequent presence at Chiefs games after entering into a relationship with tight end Travis Kelce, met and surpassed the goal with two $50,000 donations, made separately due to GoFundMe's transaction limits. Each donation bore a message from Swift reading "Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss."

Swift was not at Wednesday's parade as she's currently on tour in Oceania, taking her "Eras Tour" internationally.
